THAT Report No. C-TLCCAHC-01-25 BE RECEIVED for information; AND THAT the Thorndale Lions Community Centre Ad Hoc Committee recommends to Council to APPROVE the updated mandate of the Committee to add the following: 1. That an overall Site Design of the Thorndale Community Park be considered in conjunction with designing an expansion of the Community Centre 2. That the Committee create a prioritization list of park upgrades and/or improvements to Thorndale Community Park 3. That the Committee identify and create a priority list of improvements to existing Community Centre including ensuring adequate space for staff. AND THAT the Thorndale Lions Community Centre Ad Hoc Committee recommends to Council to DIRECT STAFF to prepare an updated Terms of Reference for this Committee to reflect the updated direction of the Committee.
