THAT the minutes of the Thames Centre Sports Wall of Fame Committee meeting held on March 12, 2024, be received.

THAT each sports association within Thames Centre be able to honour individuals who have excelled in their sport on the recognition wall located in the hallway of the Thorndale Lions Community Centre and the Dorchester Lions Active Living Centre.

THAT the next Thames Centre Sports Wall of Fame Committee meeting will be on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room. AND THAT the following schedule of the Thames Centre Sports Wall of Fame Committee meeting date for the 2025 calendar year be approved: Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. noting that such dates and times may be subject to change and that the meeting will be held in the Board Room at the FlightExec Centre located at 2066 Dorchester Road, Dorchester.
