THAT Report No. CS-003-22 regarding the Thorndale Dog Park Ad Hoc Committee (TDPAC) be received for information; AND THAT the attached Terms of Reference for the TDPAC be approved; AND THAT Deputy Mayor Elliott be appointed to the TDPAC; AND THAT Council appoint Kirk Hallman and Noah Ament as community representatives to the TDPAC; AND THAT the Clerk be requested to amend the appointment by-law for Council’s approval.

THAT Council receive Report No. CS-004-22, FlightExec Centre Expansion Ad Hoc Committee (FCEAC), for information; AND THAT Council approve the change to a design-build project; AND THAT Council approve the attached proposed Terms of Reference for the FCEAC; AND THAT Council appoint Mayor Warwick and Councilor Hunter to the FCEAC; AND THAT Council appoint two representatives from the Dorchester & District Lions Club and one representative from V.O.N. as community representatives to the FCEAC, noting that these appointments will be as determined by Staff; AND THAT the Clerk be requested to amend the appointment by-law for Council’s approval.

THAT Report No. PDS-BL-001-22 be received for information only; AND THAT Council direct Staff to create an exemption to the Discharge of Firearms By-law No. 112-2004 for the Wellington Street Sportsmen’s Club, property located at 2290 Slo Pitch Road, in order to allow the outdoor discharge of firearms consistent with the Zoning Bylaw.
