THAT Staff BE DIRECTED to submit an application for the Development Charge Reduction Program through the Build Communities Strong Fund's Provincial and Territorial streaming, noting the deadline for the application is Friday June 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and that it be noted that a Transfer Payment Agreement for funding through this program will be brought forward for Council's Consideration; AND THAT should Council agree with the Transfer Payment Agreement terms, Council APPROVES the 50% reduction of Development Charges.
