THAT Report No. C-TLCCAHC-002-26 BE RECEIVED for information; AND THAT the Committee RECOMMEND to Council the following for their prioritized immediate/short-term improvements to the existing space at the Thorndale Lions Community Centre: 1. Electrical improvements 2. Flooring in the meeting rooms 3. Acoustics 4. Accessibility improvements to include a ramp at the exterior back door 5. Staff office space; AND THAT the Committee RECOMMEND to Council the following for their prioritized recommendations for the site plan and design of a future potential expansion to support a shovel ready project and final improvements to the Thorndale Lions Community Centre: 1. Kitchen expansion/renovation 2. Full expansion of an auditorium 3. Parking capacity 4. Staff accommodations.
